What Blacktrace will share under a mutual NDA, what stays public, what never leaves the operator's machine. The full boundary contract is in the repo at docs/z15/Z15_PUBLIC_PRIVATE_BOUNDARY.md; this page is the human-readable surface.
Under NDA, Blacktrace shares
The Z-15 NDA technical appendix, including: full WIV weights, the engagement-specific RU-ROI weights, parser-internal numerics, and the corpus identifiers used as terrain in any cited run.
The full text of any trace whose public summary is published in the trace ledger.
The raw artefact set for any proof packet referenced in a quote or proposal.
Engagement-shape and pricing.
Under NDA, Blacktrace still does not share
Counterparty identities other than yours.
The operator's offline 2FA codes, registrar credentials, or VPS host keys.
Material whose disclosure to you would breach an existing NDA with another party.
Public, with or without NDA
The fact that Z-15 exists and what its shape is. See /z15.
The claims register and its classifications.
The truth engine and falsifiability contract.
The benchmark plan and how to run Phase A locally.
The bundle SHA-256 of any proof packet, even if the packet contents stay NDA.
NDA format
Mutual. Plain English. Two pages or fewer. No auto-renewal. No perpetual non-compete. If your standard NDA is longer than that, send it; the operator redlines before signature.
